I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was exceptional, with the rooms and common areas always kept tidy. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with a beautiful swimming pool and the added bonus of being able to use bikes for exploring. The location was very close to the beach, making it convenient for a day in the sun. The breakfast provided was delicious and satisfying. The staff went above and beyond to make sure my stay was enjoyable, providing helpful recommendations and even discounts on tours. I felt well taken care of and truly appreciated their excellent service.

We had an amazing time at this B&B! The staff service was extraordinary, with professional and helpful hosts. The location is perfect for exploring the Mayan Riviera, close to cenotes, theme parks, and the beach. The room was spacious and elegant, with attention to detail like a Nespresso Coffee machine and Cava Shampoo. Clean swimming pool and delicious breakfast options. Great value for the price.

Our stay at Casa Gem B&B was incredible! The rooms were spotless and comfortable, and the personalized breakfast every morning was a nice touch. The location was perfect, with easy access to the beach and popular attractions like the cenotes. The owners, Itzel and Serafin, were extremely friendly and made us feel right at home. The cherry on top was the surprise champagne they brought to our room, knowing it was our honeymoon. If we return to the area, we will definitely be staying at Casa Gem B&B again! I highly recommend this hotel for an amazing and memorable experience.

Clean, renovated rooms in a calm location. Friendly owners provide helpful information and free shuttle service. Delicious breakfast with variety of choices. Pool and terrace offer sunny and shady spots. Highly recommended.
